We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with Tokiphy Cards unused, unclaimed, undamaged security labels and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like personalized or custom made Tokiphy Cards, Brand specific products, sale items or gift cards.
Please further note that the right of withdrawal does not exist or expires prematurely for orders:
For merchandize for which the individual selection or determination by the consumer is significant or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer (e.g. custom made Tokiphy Cards, Brand specific products).
For merchandize consisting of media files or computer software or other sealed items, where the seal has been removed by you.
For services which are immediately executed and not returnable due to their nature or where the immediate consumption of the relevant service makes a return useless.
